During sorting and reworking, our primary goal is to filter out defective parts and sort products.
Our work is based on the control and rework model, which includes quality control, repair of faulty products, final inspection and packaging.

It is important to emphasise that sorting is a unique task for us – the aim is not only to sort out defective parts, but also to inspect them accurately and document the results.

The company's main activity is external support in the field of quality assurance. Whether it is a project-based or permanent assignment, we carry out the work to a professional standard, which serves as external and internal production control and creates the basis for developments, reducing reject and avoiding product complaints.

This is supported by our well-developed testing methods and our many years of experience. Quality control is carried out by means of visual inspection procedures, which allow the products to be compared with the client's internal standards. In line with the principle ‘Customer in the house’ we often exceed expectations: Multi-parameter visual inspections, measuring device and shape tests, as well as microscopic and endoscopic examinations support our work.

We treat the errors uncovered as a basis for improvement and support our clients' decisions through our reporting processes. This allows problems such as unsuitable production settings or incorrect material selection to be identified quickly and efficiently. Thanks to this, several international brands among our customers entrust us with even the most critical final inspections. We carry out millions of product checks every month according to the zero-defect principle – and have been doing so for decades.

Our services are provided in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications. In addition, we also meet the requirements of the VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 standards. For us, quality assurance means not only detecting errors, but also providing support during development.

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND OPERATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ISO STANDARDS

For many of our partners, we carry out regular sorting and final inspections in the automotive industry, electronics industry and other sectors, particularly during the most critical stages of production.

We carry out millions of component tests every month according to the zero-defect principle. Detailed documentation of the errors detected helps to identify production problems and forms the basis for development processes.

We carry out quality control either at our partners' premises or in our own 1,000 m² hall (Szombathely, Sárvár Street 1.) as required, enabling us to adapt flexibly to our customers' needs.

QUALITY CONTROL IN PRACTICE – TECHNOLOGY AND DATA PROCESSING AT SQS

The basis for our company's activities is that we adapt the procedures used in quality assurance and quality control to individual requirements. The products we receive are checked according to strict internal criteria in accordance with the error catalogue specified by our clients.

The sorting is documented daily in our own IT system, enabling our customers to receive personalised reports and statistics. We track the type and frequency of errors as well as the necessary corrections, so that quality sorting not only serves to detect errors, but also as a basis for continuous improvement.

The data generated during the sorting operations is recorded in the company management system, which is also available to our clients via a web interface. The rapid flow of information and daily reports support the optimisation of production and the prevention of complaints. Our engineers create detailed graphical reports for recurring errors, which assist with customer development.

This technology- and data-based operation is part of the quality management system and helps to ensure that the zero-error principle is also implemented in practice.
